Selected Itineraries

Venetian Villas

Villa Sagramoso Sacchetti is part of the Dimore Amiche del Veneto circuit, and closely collaborates with the owners of some of the most eminet Venetina Villas in the area, notably: Villa Angarano Bianchi Michiel, in Bassano del Grappa, Castello di Thiene, in Thiene; Villa Da Schio, in Castelgomberto; Villa Valmarana ai Nani, in Vicenza; Borgo di Villa Feriani, in Montegalda. We can easily organize guided tours of these properties, as well as visits of other beautiful sites, such as Villa La Rotonda, Villa Barbaro, Villa Emo (all of them by Andrea Palladio) or Villa Dei Vescovi by Falconetto and Giulio Romano.

Beside for their architectonic value, many Venetian Villas are also known for the parks and gardens, which surround them. Just to name a few: Villa Sigurtà, Villa di Valsanzibio, Villa Da Schio, Villa Trissino, Castello di Roncade. Not to mention the wonderful Giardino Giusti in Verona.

Lake Garda

Lake Garda is a fusion of art and culture from different times. The traces of the Romans, the Scaligeri, the Venetians and the Austrians merge in the ancient mosaics, castles, churches, in the sumptuous palaces and villas and in the parks and gardens. The towns on the lakeshores are picturesque settings with piazzas, alleys, gardens, parks and water streams and form a harmonic landscape with the natural environment. Boat excursion from Lazise, to Sirmione, with its Roman ruins and the medieval castle, the enchanted nature of the Isola del Garda, up to the beautiful spot of Punta San Vigilio, is a unique experience indeed.
